Rebecca has a master’s degree in International Development and Service from Concordia University – Portland, with an emphasis on populations in crisis. She has worked with government agencies and nonprofits for almost a decade, with a background in research and evaluation, program management and international development. Rebecca brings qualitative and quantitative research experience from three years at the University of Colorado Denver conducting social network analysis evaluations for communities across the country, as well as graduate research that focused on local city services for refugees.

As a Survey Coordinator, Rebecca helps with survey development, data analysis and the creation of reports and presentations. She enjoys seeing data come to life through analysis. She is passionate about helping communities capture and analyze data that inform action. “At NRC, I get the opportunity to help local governments hear from their residents and use that data to plan for the future of their community,” said Rebecca. “It is incredibly rewarding to see how impactful that process can be.” You can connect with Rebecca on LinkedIn.

I love living right next to a park, trails, and mountains! Having all of that within walking distance from my house is amazing.

My favorite Sundays are when I get to go climbing and then watch the Green Bay Packers win.
