Morgan has a master’s degree in Human Dimensions of Natural Resources from Colorado State University, with an emphasis in quantitative and qualitative survey research methods, as well as bachelor’s degrees in Biological Sciences and Zoology from CSU. As a Research Associate at National Research Center, Inc (NRC), Morgan manages all facets of her projects, from designing surveys and sampling plans to report writing and presenting findings to government staff and leadership. She also supervises and trains staff. Morgan works on a variety of survey projects at NRC, including The National Citizen Survey™ (The NCS™) and a variety of custom citizen surveys and is also project lead for The Community Assessment Survey of Older Adults™ (CASOA™).

In her work, Morgan most enjoys the complexity that comes with statistical analysis, but she also values the relationships she makes with her clients. Morgan has found that working with local governments has really opened her eyes to how dedicated public servants are to making their communities the best places to live and enjoys playing a part in giving residents a voice in that process.
