Survey Associate

Education: M.S., Agricultural and Applied Economics, University of Missouri – Columbia,
B.A., International Studies, Colorado State University

Jade has a master’s degree in Agricultural and Applied Economics from the University of Missouri-Columbia as well as a bachelor’s degree in International Studies from Colorado State University. Her prior experience in both quantitative and qualitative academic research enables her to produce distinctive reports, analyses and presentations for her clients. At NRC, Jade has assisted with or managed a wide range of survey projects, including The National Citizen Survey™ (The NCS), The National Employee Survey™ (The NES) and the Community Assessment Survey for Older Adults™ (CASOA). Across these projects, Jade has helped develop custom survey questions, created and implemented sampling plans, performed extensive data analysis, delivered thoughtful and perceptive reports on survey results and created informative, crowd-pleasing presentations.

While she enjoys almost every aspect of her role at NRC, one of her favorite parts is seeing how clients put their survey data to use after their project is complete. She particularly enjoys presenting results to staff and to Council and discussing the ways in which data can be used for strategic planning and/or budgeting.  By including survey results in planning efforts, government staff and elected officials show their residents that their voices do matter. You can connect with Jade on Linkedin and join her in the NRC Resource Group.
