How is Scottsdale doing? City Leaders Wonder

SCOTTSDALE - An online citizen survey lets any Scottsdale resident rate their quality of life and provide anonymous feedback on city programs and services, a Jan. 3 press release states.

The survey takes about 15 minutes and is open through Jan. 31.

National Research Center administers the survey, designed specifically for local governments, on behalf of the city, the release states.

The online survey is the second part of the city’s semiannual effort to gauge resident opinion and gather feedback.

Late in 2013, more than 1,000 Scottsdale households were randomly selected to take the survey via mail, according to the release.

The National Citizen Survey has been used by more than 350 communities in 48 states.
